Our Family

Patrick and Patricia Wilder (Dad and Mom)
Mom is a great Homeschool teacher.  She loves working outside on our farm and is a great help-mate for Dad.  Dad is a businessman, farmer, and great principle for "The Wilder Academy for Boys and Girls"  We are so thankful for all that they do.

Patrova and Emmett were married in October 2010.  Allison Tulip, Benjamin Matthew, and Charissa Lily, (4/19/'11) came along shortly after the doctor told them they would never have children!!  David Lee and Elizabeth Pansy (1/21/'12) also add to the organized chaos at the Furbank Household.  Emmett does a lot of our sound work when we are on traveling tours along with working at Apple and Patrova does most of our seamstress work along with being a homemaker.

Paul and Olivia were married in December 2012.  Hannah Grace came into their lives on June 15, 2014, and not so little George Homer came along in October of 2016.  They are happily living in Minnesota where Paul is a professional Basketball player and also works on machinery and Olivia is a homemaker.  Although they don't travel with us on tours, we appreciate all of the times Paul has flown down to Kansas to check out the camper before we leave!
Cheerful, loving, and spunky... all of these things  describe Pricilla!  Her love for Marine Biology has led her to moving to Townsville, Australia!  She is a single young woman and loves the Lord with all her heart.  Besides being a twin, she has other interesting qualities.  Have you heard the story about the alligator in her neighbors backyard...?!?!?  ;)

Preston is a very good source of information (when you can get him out of his cloud).  All sorts of information...from roly-polys to Pluto.  May I also mention that he collects...hats?  He lives with Paul and Olivia and is a professional baseball player.  You might also hear him being called different nick-names such as Joe or Bob.

Praxton and Julia were married in May of 2014.  They met at college through a series of, what I might call, colorful collisions.   Happily living together in New York City, Praxton is a professional football player and Julia is a homemaker.  They were blessed with quadruplet sons: Matthew Reuben, Mark Simeon, Luke Issachar, and John Levi on 6/19/15 and welcomed twin boys: Timothy Asher and Titus Daniel, to their family on 7/12/17.
"Bilbo was sadly reflecting that 'Adventures are not all pony rides in May sunshine...'  "  From J.R.R. Tolkien's The Hobbit.  This, being Prudence Kathrine's favorite quote, you can easily see that she is an admirer of "middle-earth" authors and stories.  She is currently working for Beatrice Strussle as a midwife and is enjoying every moment.  She is also very occupied at the moment in planning her wedding!!  Jared and she are planning to tie the knot in February of 2017!!  (4/1)
Patience Sara is about the happiest person you could meet within the walls of the Wilder homestead.  Being the oldest sister at home when Prue is at work, she is constantly helping mom with the little ones, but always with a smile on her face.  She is now working on getting her drivers license, so we would appreciate your prayers as we look out for her on the road!  :)
(5/30)
Providence James Wilder is a: professional four-wheeler, all time big brother, typical twelve-year-old, and mom's man of the house when Dad is at work.  You will often find him driving a four-wheeler across the property or doing school under the tractor.
(2/21)

Happy, funny, and sweet Paige Elizabeth!  She loves adding her sweet soprano and lovely violin music to our family's ministry.  Her favorite places include the outdoors, in a four-wheeler learning how to drive, and galloping around the property riding her favorite horse, Margret.
She is currently working on learning the harp and the flute.
(11/27)

Philip John is a true boy having a love for digging in the dirt and running around on the farm with his siblings.  His favorite color is blue and he is currently working on learning the guitar and the banjo.
(5/7)

Padden, harmonica player, goat feeder, and best buddies with his brothers.  This describes our original, comical, panda brother.  He is a very good harmonica and guitar player of which both he add's to our family's ministry.
(8/5)

Peppin and Perdita are unique being adopted from The Netherlands and being fraternal twins.
Peppin is a big ball of everlasting energy and Perdita is growing to be a very amusing little housekeeper.
(8/31)

Promise Lily is a true tomboy.  Her biggest dream is to be a competitive horse jumper.  She is currently working on learning the piano.  She has gotten into many different situations.  Have you heard about when she got lost in New York City!?!?  :)
(10/20)

"My name is Parker Even Wilder, what's your name?" Parker often tells random people in the grocery store.  He is a very outgoing little four-year-old.  He is a destructive little fellow and wants to go into the Marine Corp with Peppin.
(9/12)

"Peggey Marie!  What did you just do!?"  You will hear this exclamation quite often in your tour of the Wilder household.  Peggey is always getting into something or she's planning on ruining something.  She is now involved in taking care of the chickens...
(3/27)

Pelle, Pamela, and Phoebe are our first set of triplet's!  Coming all the way from Thailand, and then to Iceland on their way home, They have definitely traveled across the globe!  They are busy little Labradors and love spending time with the family.
(10/8)

Philipa Ellie is a sweet, proper, and fun loving bundle of goodness from Ethiopia.  She is the biological sister of Parker and so she loves spending time with him and following him around.  She has started singing in our family ministry and brings lots of joy to our home. (5/29)
Peter.  Peter Elliot.  Peter Elliot Wilder.  One of our many two-year-olds, He is probably the quietest of all of them.  He wants to be a Circuit Rider when he grows up.  (If you don't know what that is I would encourage you to look it up in the dictionary)  (7/5)
Piper, Pedro, and Paquita are adopted all the way from England!  Piper has a very fun and active personality.  Pedro is a shy, quiet little puss, and Paquita is a small bundle of energy.  They all love to spend time with family and help around the farm.  (11/3)
Peregrin.  You will hear this name in our house and wonder if his middle name is Took, (which it's not) but you're not the first one to think that.  We chose Perry's name because we wanted something different and we wanted it to be a 'P'.  He has a very fun personality but with his various health issues, he is not able to walk around the house like normal.  Please keep him in your prayers as he is going to see a doctor every week!  (9/1)
"Panellape Jane!!  Where are you??!!??"  You hear this often usually right after a crash and/or a bang.  We don't know what happened but we take the likeliest victims and question them. (Usually being Nella and a certain little kitty with a first name that starts with a 'P')   (8/23)
'Pollyanna' as we like to call her is a lovable bunch of sweetness.  She loves singing, drawing, and pounding playing on the piano.  She is and currently learning how to help mom clean the kitchen.  (4/18)
Patsy is what we call: 'our little destroyer'.  She is often getting into things and if she's not, she's planning to.  Her new hobby is turning the light's on and off regardless if someone else is in the room.   (6/11)
Cute, funny, and shy little Penney.  She loves playing with our dog, Peter.  She does not play an instrument (yet) but her latest fun thing is to strum the strings on Daddy's guitar and pound on the piano.
(6/29)

Purity Autumn would love to meet you and tell you in a hundred little sounds about her life.  With her various food allergies, she is only able to eat four things!  But, in spite this, she is a strong and healthy little girl!  We would covet your prayers as we try to find an easier way of life for our little 'Purty'.   (9/23)

  4. Ellen,
That is quite a family, and I am sure that I will not be able to remember names or details. It was fun to read and to see how much you use your imagination and creativity. That is quite a group. Have fun continuing their lives as they get older, or do they just stay the same age? Love, Grandma and Grandpa
