              Friends are powerful.  They encourage, uplift, and help you.  If we didn't have friends, we wouldn't be the person that we are today.  

What can you do to encourage your friend today?

Luke 17:3-4

So watch yourselves.  "If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him.  If he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times comes back to you and says, 'I repent,' forgive him."

These verses are a great parenting tool!  If you are trying to teach forgiveness,  you can't just say, "Jesus told us to forgive!"  You need to show them that Jesus was a real person and that He had people mistreat him, but He forgave them.  (Even if the person was Peggey)  You have to teach them to forgive continually (seven times a day), even when they don't want to.

Welcome to Truly Blessed!  This blog is about the happenings of my calico critters made by Calico Critters®.  I am writing the posts as if they come from members of the family and sometimes the posts will be from "facebook pages" that they have.  You can meet the family I have piled together by going to the "Our Family" tab.  They are a homeschooling, Christian, family and have 30 children.  Four of them are biological and 26 of them are adopted from various Countries.  I love playing with my calico critters by myself or with friends.
